I have a 99 2500 long bed manual with the NV4500. The main problem I am having with my tcase is it blew up on a road trip this last weekend. I have it out of the truck now, in about 30 pieces. But I can not for the life of me find a replacement. Used or otherwise though I don't really want to spend 3k for a rebuilt tcase. This tcase has a 29 spline input. Every tcase I find has a 23 tooth input. Does anyone have a lead? Or should I grab the local tcase that has the wrong spine count and swap out the input spine? How big a pain is that? This is at 55,000KM Was swapping over to my new 55 Gallon S&B tank and installing a FASS at the same time and when I pulled the fuel tank module out I discovered that there was considerable metal debris in the pickup screen of the factory lift pump. I took the factory pump and knocked it on the table and a large amount of aluminum came out. This is about the 10th case of a failed pump I’ve seen lately. I did not note any filings in my primary filter but I may have just caught this before it started happening.
