My -ex wife has a Beretta 85F .380 she bought probably 15-20 years ago and only fired it one time. It had a few problems ejecting or stovepiping- I don't remember which, but I took it to a range Friday to check it out for her and see what was going on with it- and loaded a mag and went to fire it- it had no trigger.. I have 2 Beretta's, one is an Italian model and the other is a USA model. They look just alike, feel the same in hand, and shoot the same ammo, yet I feel like there is a difference. I think the Italian model shoots .... better ? That is not really the description, it just feels better when shooting it. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Although it looks like it from the photo, the ramp still feels smooth (not polished smooth) but is black with a brown discoloration down its middle. 200 rounds with no issues. I just got a factory new px4 storm. After got it home, was racking the slide to get a feel and the slide stays open with every full rack. Is this because I don't have any ammo in the mag?
