We have these stamps that are not dye cut. I purchased them at my local post office when they came out. Can't find anything online about them at all. Any thoughts? I attached the front and back of the sheet. I even have my receipt. Lol

Russian stamps. There are many more Russian stamps, entire sets of aeroplanes and transport. Also a very nice collection of Imperial era Russian stamps, pre-revolution late 1800s. Some are used and some are mint conditions.

1: As to my understanding some stamps can be worth quite a lot more when they have imperfections or other things (variations). Usually the catalogue will list the known variations. But what do you do when you find stamps with variations not listed anywhere? How do you determine the rarity or value on that ? I have one for example where there is a green dot misplaced in a White area. But the catalogue do not list this variation.
