Now I’m all for Angeball and love the football style he’s implemented thus far…. BUT and I might take some heat for it… Ange needs to learn to adapt to certain situations and he needs to keep that line-up rotated. I know he received praise for his high line and the players effort to stay in the game against Chelsea but when you’re playing with 9 men you just simply can’t do anything. I had super respect for Aston Villas as i thought they played really pro football, and i was worried to fight them today. But holy shoot its rare to see such bad football from a club. Aston Villa played SO INSANELY BAD. Like if they didnt have Martinez, top 3 goalies right now at least, we wouldve won easily. I know its also our fault as we didnt finish good enough. But its just mouth dropping at how trash Aston Villa played, that it feels extra bitter to lose against such an performance.
