The reason I ask is a bit of a long story, but for those with the stamina, here goes. Recently when I switched on the SV ignition the usual diagnostics screen that appears and reports the battery voltage was replaced by a different screen showing the words “Fuel Level” next to the green bars that are normally labelled “Battery”. First ride for this spring with my son and first problem. The bike behaved well maybe 10km:s and then after a quite heavy acceleration it started to misfire. No bad sounding noises, just uneven exhaust tune. We adjusted the valves during winter so will have to take the tank off and check all connections for injectors, coils, plugs and so on.
