In the run up to the Senedd & Holyrood elections, the Labour Party has started work on a number of projects aimed at remaking the way the UK works to provide a sustainable third way between independence and the status quo. The First Minister calls this 'home rule' and others are calling it 'Radical Federalism'. The 2019 UK General Election saw the Conservative Party win a host of constituencies in Labour's heartlands of the North of England and North East Wales.
