As we all know, GTX 660 has a unique memory bus width. At official Techpowerup page of GTX 660, we can see that bus width is 192 Bit, and Bandwidth: 144.2 GB/s NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Specs NVIDIA GK106, 1032 MHz, 960 Cores, 80 TMUs, 24 ROPs, 2048 MB GDDR5, 1502 MHz, 192 bit www.techpowerup.com But, in tab "Card Notes" we see that info: Bandwidth: 96.1 GB/s+48.1 GB/s Bus Width: 128 Bit +64 Bit I imagine it works like, 1.5GB is working in 128 Bit and max bandwidth 96.1 GB/s, when VRAM usage rises above 1.5 GB, last 0.5GB works in 64 Bit and... Hello, I hope you have an idea for me. A while ago I installed an MSI RTX 4070 Ti SUPER VENTUS 2X OC from a friend in my computer to carry out the BIOS update. The flash file was still in my download folder. I actually wanted to update my graphics drivers with the Nvidia Clean Installer tool, but accidentally clicked on the MSI flash file. The program apparently overwrote my ASUS BIOS on my ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16GB GDDR6X without asking. At first I only noticed that my... Read more ..read more

I have this Dell RTX 3080 which is dead before, I send it to service and the guy who did the service shows how it repaste and re-thermal pad and fixed the memory problem and shows video if the card running 3dMark Fire Strike 4k stress test and passing. When I got the card it still exhibit similar problems as before, when booting it just shows no display. I got it run once, and when it runs it runs just fine, playing cyberpunk with no problem whatsoever but problem start again when I shut... Read more ..read more

So I was recently informed of NVFlashk, and thought it would be fun to mess around with. I used to flash vbioses on my AMD cards all the time and had some really great results. I have a Dell Precision 7740 with a Quadro RTX 5000 16GB. I was going to try and flash the 2080 Super Bios to it for fan control, or possibly some OCing since I have a bit of thermal headroom even at 4K. The main issue is that I have 16GB of memory and the 2080 Super doesn't. Does it matter with nvidia? I know the... Read more ..read more

Hey everyone, I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my GTX 1060 6GB ASUS GPU. It performs flawlessly for everyday tasks and lighter games like League of Legends, but when I attempt to play more demanding games such as Elden Ring, it shuts down after about 5 minutes of use and gives no absolute error just like alt+f4. I've tried numerous solutions to resolve the issue, including: Testing the GPU on multiple PCs, all exhibiting the same problem. Underclocking and... Read more ..read more

Hi. Very Simple question: Should i be worried with such spikes as in can it shorten the lifespan/damage the card? These only occur with Nvidia Broadcast. My Mic has lots of static and broadcast helps removing it; but it causes spikes as visible on screenshot. I cut it incorrectly so it goes as follows: FB, VID, BUS, VRAM, Core MHz, Memory MHz. I disabled Broadcast; and its visible as all the "spikes" calm down. Card is RTX 2060 ..read more

Hello. Sorry for my English. My card is Gigabyte Gtx 1080ti Gaming Oc. I have a question about the Gigabyte Gtx 1080 ti Gaming OC graphics card. I would like to replace one of the screws around the Gpu which has a damaged screwdriver slot. Some time ago I replaced the thermal paste with Gelid GC Extreme and the thermal pads with Gelid GP-Extreme. Can I easily replace one screw without reapplying thermal paste?? Do I need to remove all four gpu screws and reinstall them. Is a slight... Read more ..read more
