Hello guys,
Back when I had a RTX 2080 Super, I could enable the resolution scaling option "Integer Scaling" in the control panel.
Lately, I've been want to play some old games, however the "Integer Scaling" option seems to be missing, now that I'm using an RTX 4080. Did something change? I've disabled every other scaling option there is, but I still don't have the option to enable "Integer Scaling" anywhere in the control panel.

I was using a 980 Ti for about 9 years. My boot screen (I dual-boot Windows and Linux) had no issues.
I upgraded to a 4070 Ti Super and my boot screen is even slower than Sierra adventure games running on an 8086 IBM PC from 1981. The boot menu is drawn very slowly and I can see it scanning out the image slowly, top to bottom. Pressing a key takes about 3 seconds to even register. (Well, or it registers but it takes 3 seconds to draw the new frame, I guess.)
Apparently this is due to the...

Ever since i upgraded from a 1070 to 4070 Ti (couple of months ago) i'm experiencing sporadic black screens after booting up the PC. I see the BIOS post followed by the spinning balls circle, and then it stays black. It looks like it booted fine, as there is nothing unusual reported in the Windows log files.
I have to shutdown by holding the power button for a couple of seconds and then it boots fine (usually).
Mind you, i did a clean install of Windows 2 days ago and it's still happening....

I failed to find any resources mentioning the means to estimate whether MultiPlaneOverlay is used or not (being enabled).
Only relevant piece is the report of dxdiag - it shows "MPO MaxPlanes: 4", but this is capability, not the actual usage.
So any guru knows how to check whether MPO is engaged or not ..read more

I just installed one of these cards using the dongle. When monitoring voltages plugged straight into a normal card the 12v line doesn't drop below 11.9. When plugged into the dongle it drops all the way to 11.4. WTF.
Also mouse movement is garbage plugged into the dongle due to excessive resistance from daisy chaining all this crap (other people have noticed this too besides me - it's just something I notice within 5 seconds of using the card). If there are any dongle victims reading...

So I've used a bunch of GPUs before and as some of you will recognize my username, I'm more concerned about things like perceptual input lag than simply maxing FPS numbers. I've used a 1070 GTX for years, then 7800xt, then bought a 1080 Ti for cheap, a 3070 in the mail at the moment, plus lots of mining cards as well.
While the 1070 GTX had decent mouse movement (best driver I found for it was 441.66 mouse-wise, followed by probably 456.71 if trying to max fluidity while having somewhat...

I need some information regarding Afterburner, i have a two issues atm that i am unsure on.
RTX 2070 super msi tri.
1. Afterburner is not detecting the card when low level driver is enabled, i have to disable it to get the card to register, i used to have this enabled a few revisions ago and i only just updated it recently like last 6 months but it no longer works in this mode so i turned it off and forgot about it, scratching my head here.
2. Generally i used to always OC via setting...
