Are you ready to ditch drama, detox your inner home as well as your outer one?  One of the greatest gifts we give ourselves is to embody more love. Having our outer home as a muse for expressing our true spirit allows us to get clear on what’s truly important.  Just like our homes, cars and cupboards, our spiritual and personal lives can also benefit from a spring clean and detox. Getting present with our inner connection elevates our quality of life – I like to refer to this deeper connection as the hidden magical part. Checking in that you are living your calling and high value gi ..read more

One space where those negative thoughts travel is known as the psoas muscle. The hips on each side of your pelvis are a unique joint. They take on the total weight of your body and support the spine in almost every activity, but they also bear the load of your mental and emotional pains.  When you go through a stressful situation, the body will often respond. Whether the danger makes you fight, flee or freeze up, the psoas musc ..read more

Kindred Spirit
by Marie Diamond

The scent of blossom in the air and the sight of fresh, new leaves on the trees can only mean one thing – spring is officially here! As we welcome in the new season, it’s also the perfect opportunity for space clearing.  In Feng Shui, space clearing refers to the act of mindfully sorting through all your belongings to see what you want to keep, what needs to be repaired, and what items you just don’t want or need anymore. This is an important act for a number of reasons. On a practical level, it’s easier to feel at ease in a clean and organised environment. An orderly home equals an orde ..read more

To discover your personal Life Path Number, write down all the digits in your date of birth and add them together. Kindred Spirit
by Naz Ahsun

When you think about tarot cards, your first thought is likely to be about divination. But have you ever thought about the tarot as a magical writing tool? I have had a set of tarot cards since I was 16 and, like most people, I’ve used them to connect to my intuition to figure out challenges, set intentions and explore likely outcomes. It is only in the last few years that I’ve discovered they make an excellent writing tool. In fact, one could almost say that they help you divine the heart of your story. How to Work With Archetypal Remedies for Deep Self-Healing
Kindred Spirit
by Nicole Barton

We’ve all been there, seeking sticky plasters, drugs or tablets to ease our pain – or numbing it with food, alcohol ..read more
