The contractor I'm trying to hire on with has a specific form they want filled out and Walmart is dragging their feet. Has anybody else ever experienced something like... Hey guys. I'm a little familiar with how fedex works but looking for some more details, on if FedEx would fit what I'm looking for in a job. Basically, I'm doing online school for accounting, but I'm looking to get back to trucking for a good year or two while I at least do the first few years of the schooling. Save money by not paying rent, and can get a mortgage for a cheap place after a year of employment. I actually have most of the costs for that already I've just been on and off 1099... Are drivers (whether FedEx or UPS) allowed to "live stream" while they are driving? I know of a FedEx contract driver who does this, and he has expressed some opinions that I can't imagine any company would be OK with. It also seems a bit dangerous... I'm not sure if it's OK to post a link here, so please private message me. I'd like to know what company policies (especially regarding contractors) dictate ..read more

FedEx Freight in general appears to have a great reputation in terms of pay and benefits and I'd like to know if anyone has any good or bad reviews regarding the terminal located in Milwaukee WI ..read more

The skinny on FedEx Ground DriveCams

FedEx Ground is requiring ALL contractors to install Lytx DriveCam's in every truck no later than 08/01/2017. Any contractor failing to install a Lytx DriveCam in their truck will be refused dispatch until such camera is installed, operational and tested. The Lytx DriveCam faces both the driver and the road. Despite assurances from Lytx's website that the monitoring service can't randomly check in on the driver unless an event is triggered. Let me tell you first hand...this is 100%...
