Hi all, thought to share a story since forum have been quiet lately. In 2016 I bought a new Gibson SG standard at local sale. Best guitar I ever had played. However, it made noise in the amp when I touched the laquer. Having no clue I actually returned it to store thinking an expensive guitar like this should not behave in such a matter. I got a SG Special with the faux adjustable tail and I was about to replace it and do a standard string through mod when I saw the stepped string through on the SG 90 Double.
