Hi. Sorry if this is a repeat thread but can’t find anything specific. Someone much taller than me found rust on the roof of my 2017/8 308 gt line sw. It’s at each side but worst on near side. It’s at the end of the panoramic roof and is hidden by the roof rails so can only be seen by tall people. I will attach images. So this has been a bit of a pain in the rear end. I got the DSF spring shock replaced. Ended up being a mot failure. The spring had a small crack and the gas strut was not going back up. For the first couple of days the knocking sound had gone but has now came back. Been back at the mechanics twice and he has stated that everything under the car was fine, but the noise is still there. Anyone have any ideas ..read more

Just a quick question. I have read online about Vanos and VVT systems. I have a 2014 1.0L 208, I changed the timing belt, I was having an issue with misfire before hand, I am now getting a new code, P1339. VVT solenoids have been taken out cleaned and tested, new O rings fitted, new Cam sensor fitted as well. I can drive the car without the codes under 3000 rpm (not well may I add). Hi, i saw different chats about upgrading the front brakes, so i turn to you. I saw that i could fit 283mm discs from 307. What do i need to change on my car to fit them? My 2010 model 5008 electronic boot latch just quit working today quite unexpectedly. It is electronic rather than mechanical, fortunately it can be opened from the inside by inserting a narrow screwdriver into a little hole on the lock and pushing it to the left.
