Hi guys, this is my first post and I see there have been a couple of the same questions that haven't been answered, but I live in hope. 65 plate zafira tourer been having some thermostat issues, the mechanic has changed the thermostat and had to remove the battery to do so. Since this repair has been carried out the dipped beams have stopped working(!) Can anyone tell me what component bolts into the three M6 threaded holes on the top. front, battery end of this Zafira A, 2004, Automatic, 1.8, Z18XE cylinder head. The 2 large holes on the head look like they feed into the water cooling galleries but I can't find anything that fits here in the Haynes manual or Opel parts diagrams? Hi there, hoping someone can help, I've a 2015 (65 plate) 1.9 cdti tourer. I'm having issues removing the alternator, the main thing is it differs from allthe videos I've seen in youtube. I've undine what I presume are the 2 retaining bolts at the bottom, but cannot find a third that there must be at the top. At tge moment it refuses to budge! Good morning I have a persisting problem with my Zafira. My engine light is on and the diagnostics show it as a 'Fuel Trim'. At least that how the car mechanics described it to me. Anyone had anything similar? How can it be solved? My car mechanics seem quite baffled to be honest. There is also another problem with a thermostat (dont know which one) however we changed this thermostat 6 months ago(!!!) Can these two be related? Thanks ..read more

Good morning I have a problem with my car's alarm I have a Vauxhall Zafira Toure 2015 model If I lock it with the remote control key as usual, some times (its really a hit and miss thing. It doesnt happen 100% of the time) I move 20-30 meters to go into the shop and the alarm goes off!!!! No lights flashing no nothing. Just the annoying siren. Hi there, I have a problem with my 2011 Zafira diesel ecotec: I can't remove the 13mm bolt securing the battery to the baseplate to replace the flat battery - the AA could not remove it either. The bolt will turn but won't come out. It is quite hard to get to; you need a 20cm socket extension. This makes it difficult to drill out. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? so back in february i had a 2nd hand engine fitted which had 24k on the clock when removed.
