Is this Flagship Heritage fake?

I'm thinking about buying a used Flagship heritage. I found this one online, but i'm not sure, especially, about the caseback, because it's inscriptions are different from the pattern on longines site. Another yellow flag is that the seller doesn't have the papers of the watch. But, since I'm from Brazil, that's not a definitive red flag, because of our importation taxes, it's normal to people travel and come back with a watch without papers, case etc. that said, can someone help to... Longine La Grande Classique, men's, Replacement Battery 364 o346

Hi, Not sure about this. I have an elderly uncle who purchased the above watch in 2009. I'm not sure if he's ever actually worn it. Over the last few years, I have been charged with replacing the battery, always using a Renata 346. This last for up to four years so it's not a particularly onerous task even with the eight tiny screws holding the caseback in place. Anyhow I recently came across a gentleman replacing a battery on YouTube and wondered if he released all the screws and... Longine La Grande Classique, men's, Replacement Battery 364 o346 ..read more

Hi, Replaced the battery - watch works - replace the back, watch stops. Everything appears perfect. Back has now been on and off more than a lifetime of service! Battery used is a Rayovac 346 Japan Silver. Have I the wrong battery or maybe a thicker than usual battery. I am thinking of deepening the battery recess in the back by machining! Any ideas?:think ..read more

Dear members have a good day, I have this Longines watch from my grand-grand father. I’ts a 14k gold winding watch. I guess its possibly from 1940’s. When I check behind the cover there is a 6 digit serial number. When I did some research, serial number for Longines should be with more digits. So not sure about it. Could you please support me for more information about what model is this and is it worth anything? [ATTACH... Information Regard Old Longines Watch ..read more

Longines Spirit Zulu Time LE For Hoodinkee L38021596 - Au revoir my friend

I see that the L38021596 is now sold out on both Longines and Hoodinkee (having proved wrong the naysayers ;-). I ordered directly from Longines (number 250 of 500) in December of last year. I like the design of the watch and find it in person to not strike me to be an obvious homage or a dismissible derivative watch, which some have leveled. Frankly it has its own "spirit" which seems appropriate given its name. The challenge for me has been my slim wrist and prominent Pisiform bone... Titanium Appetite

I really appreciate that titanium is having a bit of a moment in the sun - seems like many manufacturers are offering titanium models to help round out their line. My reasons for loving titanium are two fold; the most important being that I have a nasty allergy to any amount of nickel. Secondly, I find the color and texture of titanium to be quite nice; the somewhat oily-matte grey really is nice in a lot of models. I am making this post because it seems that Longines has dipped their toe... Titanium Appetite ..read more

I took my daughter to the new Swatch store in Tampa this evening and was talking to the salesperson about how successful the Omega and Blancpain collaborations have been and he told me some “insider” news. “Well, they just told us,” he said, “Get ready for the next two. Longines [he pronounced the S] and Hamilton!” He said they should be out mid-year. The Longines will be a Swatch style Moonphase and the Hamilton will be a Khaki Field. Not surprising, I guess, since they’re all Swatch... Next Swatch Collaborations --- Longines and Hamilton ..read more

Hello, I recently acquired a vintage Longines from possibly the late 1920's to 1930 but cannot find any information searching the internet. The watch winds, runs and I removed the case back slightly only to see a 14k engraved inside. Can someone please help provide some information on this timepiece and possibly the value? Thanks in advance ..read more
