I just hate it.. I check the online tracking 20 times a day. If it hasn't been updated in a few days I start to stress. It's that weird, dead period between the excitment of the purchase and the excitment of seeing and handling the watch for the first time, which just feels so unnatural. It's like a cliffhanger at the end of a TV drama that isn't going to be resolved until the next series comes out in 18 months time... Bring on the time when even international couriers use drones that come... Read more ..read more

This is what I've been led to believe, but having just brought two here in Tokyo, I'm not seeing it. In fact in terms of time keeping the one's I've just bought are terrible I normally expect about +10 at worst, but these two are running +25 & -15 respectively. Yes I know that's within Seiko spec but I'm used to much better out of the box. It bothered me so much that with a few week's still to go here in Japan, I bought a case back tool and regulated them both to a much more respectable +5... Read more ..read more

In general, I think, most dials are black or white. When I look at my collection I have 3 white dial watches and 8 black dial watches. But quite often I prefer a more colorful dial. This thread is to bring more color to the forum. 1. Grand Seiko SBGE257 2. Seiko Sarb065 3. Eterna Super Kontiki 1578.41 4.Tissot Navigator Seastar T12 5. Seiko 6138-0030 6. Seiko 6139-6012 I'm looking forward to see if there are other colorful dials on this forum ..read more
