My first decent watch was a Tag Professional 1500 - Reference 925.206 and I had it for years (still have it but I need to get it serviced) and I LOVED that watch. Because of it, I have a warm place in my heart for Tag's. My currently worn watches are a Datejust (steel/gold, fluted bezel, champagne dial) and a new Omega Planet Ocean 600 in steel/black. I found a tag heuer watch yesterday in a bag of old jewerly, etc someone had given me. I searched around on the internet and could not find the exact watch. Perhaps it is a fake. Maybe someone could help me ID it? It has a brown leather band and "glow in the dark" face background. (pardon the slang) It says " 1500 Professional 200 meters" on the face. on the back it has the logo and the numbers " 52472" Also "water resistant quality stainless steel back" on the back as well. I've performed searches on this forum, and haven't had any luck. I was hoping someone may be able to help. I have a Formua 1 Chrono that is about 4 years old. The bottom pusher has fallen off. The button still works, but the pusher is gone and I'm afraid to wear the watch - I don't want to get dust/water/etc in there. Hi, everyone! I'm new to this forum and generally new when it comes to collecting watches. I recently picked up what I believe to be a Tag Heuer 2000 series mid-sized 2-tone watch. From what I can see (pictures attached) the reference I believe is 665.013 and the serial code is JO9741. I've done a bit of research online and the model year seems to range between 1990-1999. Hi all, I've just been given an original Autavia chronograph, box and all papers,etc. by my dear uncle. He got it back in the '70s as I recall. It's not running, has a decent couple scratches across the crystal, and the stem, while moveable to the setting position and moving the hands, is quite stiff and gummy on the way out. The pushers move and return to position. This watch has never been opened up. The dial, subdials, and hands look excellent. The case is pretty nice, as is the Heuer...
