Hi, I have a Tag divers watch with quartz movement I bought back in 1996. It's a still in beautiful condition but I now only wear it occasionally e.g. when on holiday and want to ditch the phone for a week. I have been wondering if it would be best to remove the battery when in storage to save the movement or if that might be bad practice. Any thoughts or guidance would be really appreciated. I have read reports of others who had similar experiences, and it's quite disappointing. i changed the date 2 days ago at about 7pm, which was later than i would usually do it but it wasnt between the 8pm and 4am slot. the date wheel actually got stuck on the 1st but at this time i didn't realise, so on the 2nd i changed it to the 2nd thinking i had only moved the date forward once and not twice with it being february. so i moved the date again to the 2nd unaware that it was stuck on the 1st. this morning at 1am i noticed that it was still on the 2nd which i though was odd... i think my date wheel has become stuck ..read more

So I recently purchased 2 Aquaracers (his and hers) and they both have the same crown issue... Anyone know if this is a known thing, and whether I should send it into service? When I unscrew and pull the crown out, it doesn't quite settle into the winding position... I have to twist and pull, sometimes even pull out to the date position and back to hopefully find the spot to wind the watch. Once it "pops" into position, it seems fine...
