I just bought a used tank solo gold with the stainless caseback. Everything looks correct. 8-digit serial number 6 numeric, 2 alpha. The certificates look correct. Took it to a jeweler, he put the little eyepiece on, Looked at it and said it was a Cartier. However, it's got "3172" on it as the reference number. I can't seem to find that anywhere. Plenty of 3170, 3168 but no 3172. Has anyone seen a tank solo 3172 before ..read more
