I receive the original one as a gift from my father, when I was about 14 years old. Being too young and immature I didn't realize how valuable could be this watch in the future, I scratched and abuse. I polished every piece ? and used a Miyota adapted movement and the...

I never thought I would be seen wearing a quartz watch. But; A buddy of mine who knows I am getting into watches gave me this casio Quartz watch he had in a drawer for years doing nothing - dead watch and a broken band too! He said "hear, it's yours - fix it!" I said thank you and took it without really looking at it at that time as we both had other things on our minds - his surgery etc... . Hours later at home I started to examine this busted watch. It looks intense! 3 sub dials with...

I bought myself this watch as a going-back-to-work present last summer, when I had to start working in person again. I haven't owned a digital watch since I was twelve years old, but I loved the idea of solar power, and the accuracy of radio time sync. Since I've owned it, I've also come to appreciate its light weight, and the utility of a separate countdown timer and stopwatch. I don't really use the bluetooth connectivity feature, and it's a little bit annoying that that is the only way to...

I have bought new batteries for the watch and fitted them, no life at all so looked that up and found out about the AC reset that needs to be done. I did that and turned watch over & great we have movement and LCD display running, turned it over to re attach the back and all dead again ? Have tried re setting but having no luck.
Anybody have any ideas please.
Thank you in advance ..read more

hi guys! I returned from a meeting today to a pleasant surprise from my staff. I found this on my table
This is a first for me, a light -powered watch. My experience is limited mostly to automatics, manual winding watches, quartz, and an occasional autoquartz.
