We have some new media which we are currently printing on our Ricoh C5100s, however the last part if the sheet when it comes out the machine hasn't printed correctly and is smudging the print, printing is bleeding. See images attached. Any l ideas if how we can get round this? Good afternoon Gentlemen, I have a Ricoh MP C3002 that recently had its SP settings cleared. After I put in all the door settings and got the test prints back to normal, it seems that any external prints from a PC are all washed out in black. This happens with all types of files. When I do a color calibration, it prints out clear. It seems to only happen when something is sent to the machine to print. I have purchased a used Ricoh printer and am having trouble connecting to the server. After starting the printer, the message "Connection to the print server has been disconnected. Turn off the main power" pops up, error 694-01 pops up after a few minutes. Server and printer have the same subnet mask and default gateway, ip is different in last number. Hi everyone, I am looking for some suggestions that will help me resolve my printing problem. I am printing Business Cards on: Material: 200# Finch Cover 19x13 First side has a photo 3 sided bleed. Back side Black Print 4 sided bleed. The problem I am having is that when we cut the cards it would leave fraying or white edges behind after cutting on the print. I have attached photos for review.
