Good day Community, After searching the internet high and low for a solution I hope somebody on here will be able to assist. We installed Card Readers onto IMC300's. But unlike the newer Ricoh Panels, this does not have a card reader bracket/holder for the card reader to sit in. It look very unprofessional with the card reader and wire just sitting on the device. When I print a color test sheet, the Black, Cyan, and Yellow all print correctly however the Magenta prints light purple. I don't have a machine in front of me so I cannot determine this however I'm assuming this is a very simple question (it's for one of my sites in another state). We have a site that has 11x17 double sided documents and is trying to reduce them to 8.5 x 11 single sided documents. That should be very simple correct? This can be done as a single step copy? I've got this machine setup for scanning over the network and love how fast it scans. But, I wish I could assign 3 or 4 presets to buttons. For instance, I find that small pages like store receipts cannot be automatically detected wrt paper size. So, for every scan like that I have to use the crappy touchscreen to dig into the settings and set it to 8.5x11 (usually) and then back out to scan.
