Hi in similar situation my brp card due to expire in may 2024 Online application 25/03/2024 Biometric 10/04/2024 22/04/2024 got an email to register for E-visa account and I did I’m a little confused and I don’t know if I would still get the brp card or I can now travel with the E-visa Thank you Once your evisa is approved, it can be used, check that eVisa details arw correctly reflecting your status and still keep your BRP safe as the eVisa is still in fledgling state envisaged to have its own hiccups. Hi, I want to invite and sponsor 2 people from pakistan for my sons wedding this coming summer. I will be responsible for all costs during their stay here. Max stay will be one month. Is it recommended to go through a solicitor for this application or will be ok to apply myself? Thank you in advance. You can apply by yourself. What are their financial circumstances and socio-economic ties to home country? Any previous travel history for the applicants? Hi team, while going through the below guidance I’m little confused. Considering my situation as mentioned above - every time I leave UK though I had valid visa, I come back to UK with new visa that was applied after few months of expiry of previous visa. Does it break my continuous residence ? Just struggling to interpret the below: CR 4.1. An applicant’s continuous residence period will be broken if any of the following apply: (a) the applicant is convicted of an offence and sentenced to a period of imprisonment (unless it is a suspended sentence) or directed to be detained in an institutio ..read more

Even though married to British and she mentioned in form, by not providing evidence of being married to a BC application will be considered under 6(1). Providing an explanation of this to CW as you intend wouldn't hurt. So she basically need to not select the boxes next to entries related to BC in supporting documents page (marriage certificate, naturalisation certificate, etc) and only provide a cover letter and supporting documents for 6(1)? Any idea on what she should write in the cover letter - like she doesn't want to apply under 6(2) because she just doesnt want? Wouldn't it be a bit ..read more

DO NOT REPLY TO THE EMAIL - this is not a normal e-mail and the Home Office does not routinely contact Doctors. Not their role and they would need your formal consent to contact the Doctor Statistics: Posted by Frontier Mole — Wed Apr 24, 2024 10:21 pm ..read more

My complaint review just came today as well , saying that my application has been approved, so this is another strong reason to believe that once people are requesting the review HO will conclude the application to avoid the IEC and ombudsman service investigations Good luck Indeed, thank you for the feedback. You have at least two routes: Spouse visa or Private Life. Private Life would probably be a better option given your immigration history Statistics: Posted by Frontier Mole — Wed Apr 24, 2024 10:15 pm ..read more
