I’m 27 and my wife’s 24. Got married young 5 years ago, dated for a year. Through my own investigation, I recently found out that she cheated on me 4 years ago with at least two different people. She also flirted with tons of different guys on Snapchat and went to bars regularly. I’m planning on getting a divorce, but am having second thoughts. Hear me out. My wife has anxiety, PTSD, and some self esteem issues (bad childhood). The cheating/Snapchat/bars sh*t happened during a 3 month... Cheating and mental illness ..read more

I was chatting w/someone and he stated the "!#$!AP" ejaculated in my wife! (using crude terms) and also on her (other body parts) He is leaning 90+% towards divorce. (didn't ask how he found this out) I don't get 'men' who do this and, worse, women who allow it. Wondering why? simple statement - they are just sick people? Or, it's OK for AP to poke a wife when wearing a condom? Or not as onerous? anyone? I just don't get the mind process that tells people to "do this ..read more

So where to begin... I'm 39 years old, male. Currently married to my wife (younger 30s) with 2 kids (7 and 4). We've been together for 12 years, married for 8. I'll try not to make this too long, as people sometimes stop reading if it's a wall of text. Backstory We both worked, had successful jobs, got married, lived a great life, then had kids. Throughout the relationship, we've argued off and on, sometimes minor, other times really bad blowouts. Sometimes about her, sometimes... I started reading TAM, SI, LS, and Reddit 4-5 years ago. I kept reading them because I find them fascinating and horrifying at the same time. I finally joined TAM & SI a couple of years ago. I promptly got kicked off SI because I was a bit blunt in their wayward section. Anyone who has read any of my posts knows I cheated on my ex-W, ex-F, and my wife then GF when we first got together for a year maybe a bit longer. I also cheated on my wife for the last time for a few months while we were... Long Term Devastation of Cheating ..read more

Curious really, I know folks here are mostly the victims of infidelity, but I wonder if there's folks too who have committed infidelity with someone else's spouse, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Question is, after what you see, how do you trust again, knowing your partner can easily be one of them regardless of what she shows you ..read more

I wanted to share my experience and seek some advice regarding my relationship with X. He's 29 now and I turned 26. It all began back in 2016 when I first met X through our shared circle of friends through a university social justice society. I was drawn to his charm, good looks, wit, and shared passion for activism and social justice causes. However, while we were close and he was quite flirty with me, it was apparent that he was flirtatious with a lot of female friends and I had also... Did my boyfriend ever love me ..read more

My first month on an infidelity board was brutal. I saw so many people searching for help getting insulted, attacked and bullied. It took me months on an infidelity to learn the art of getting the help I needed by "taking what I needed and leaving the rest". Now, years later, I love posting on infidelity boards. What was your first month on infidelity support group like ? (Waywards welcome ..read more

To start we are early 50's, been married 30+ and empty nesters. We are not rich but are fairly comfortable. I have had suspicions for the last year or so that come from strange numbers on her phone, protecting her phone from me, strange guys on FB and Instagram, not letting me come to her work, strange spending habits, hiding spending, almost no interest in me sexually, even talking to me, etc. Like any guy, i am more interested in sex than she is, but she has completely stopped wanting... Hi all, my husband and I have been together for 22 years (9 year age gap) and have 4 kids. We have had bad marital problems for about 5 years now and it has always revolved around the same argument of him not telling me the truth but what he thinks I want to hear which always ends up with me being hurt and him thinking nothing of it. Things like saying he’s going to see a band and then not coming home until 9am the next morning or he goes away and promises the family activities on the...
