Quick and easy low carb keto casserole that I made based on my keto cabbage lasagna recipe.
If you need some healthy low carb comfort food that doesn't require a lot of prep time, this keto beef & cabbage casserole is definitely it.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
1 small cabbage
500 g minced beef
1 small onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
50 g bacon, bits
150 ml tomato passata (puree)

This recipe is so easy to make and perfect when you need a healthy snack.
Ingredients:
• 100 g dark chocolate
• 1 tsp butter or coconut butter
• sweetener
• 150 g pecans, diced
Preparation:
• Melt the chocolate in the microwave and stir in 1 tsp butter and sweetener to taste • Add the diced pecans to the chocolate and, using a spoon, form little clusters on a parchment paper
• Freeze for 30 minutes or cool it in the fridge

Delicious, healthy, and easy to make dinner.
Ingredients:
• butter
• 400 g cauliflower florets
• 200 g smoked salmon, flaked
• 200 g cheddar, grated
• 150 g sour cream
• 1 egg
• Seasoning: salt, pepper Preparation:
• Preheat the oven at 180°C
• In a bowl, season and whisk 1 egg and combine it with sour cream and 150 g cheddar. Add the cooked and well-drained cauliflower florets and flaked salmon and stir gently. Transfer to the greased baking dish and top with grated cheddar. • Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until golden

You can use cocktail sausages or any other type of thin fresh low carb sausages.

As the title says, this dinner is easy keto turkey and three-cheese bake. Preparation is about 10 minutes and baking time is 25-30 minutes.
