I recently acquired a Dell Dimension 3000 from a garage sale for $5 including the Dell speakers, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and cables. The only issue is that the computer didn't have a hard drive. So, after digging around for a while, I found an IDE drive that I put in the computer. But, after all that, the drive wasn't detected by the BIOS, Linux, or even DOS. Hi, I've been having trouble playing a few games in Google Chrome Browser, where it jumps off the browser for a slit second then comes back. You can see in the screen recording I did playing Pacman. At 1:27 you can see it pause and you can also look at the top right at the minimizer and close tabs where it blinks off then back on. Dell Inspiron 3020, Windows 10. USB flash drives are stopping working completely, even new ones. For example, I was using a 128GB Kingston flash drive; after 8 months of use it stopped being recognised by Windows File Explorer or any other method of accessing it. Hi All, I have a BD-ROM I took from a laptop and conected it to my PC using a SATA to USB adapter. The PC (Win10) recognizes the drive. But when I insert a disc into the drive (music, dvd, bluray), the disc is not recognized and windows says the drive is empty and I need to insert a disc. What may be the problem? ok i have a slim ps4 that i decided to redo thermal paste and thermal pads which i now regret. When i put it back together i did not notice a ribbon cable for the disc drive was frayed the disc drive worked i tested it out and put a disc in and then ejected it without probelm. Next day i updated the software of ps4 and then it threw an error (although i did not see what the error was) and the ps4 has not accepted a disc ever since.
