I'm having trouble identifying the year of my ZX6-R. The VIN number is JKBZX636AAA001915 and the Engine # is ZX636AE001997. From looking at a VIN decoder this has come up as a 2010 bike but Kawasaki stopped putting the 636 engines on the ZX6 from 2007?!! Also the styling of the bike is more like the 2002 version, it isn't DFI but has carbs and the display is analogue dials not the TFT digital display. What on earth am I looking at??
