Went over chapmans peak today outside temp was 34 then and while idling in the queue waiting to pay the toll fee the engine temp Went up to above the normal 4 bars on the gauge to 6 bars Then while accelerating up the hill the engine was puttering and felt like it wasn’t getting any fuel Could it be a heat issue causing the fuel to vaporize before the injectors causing this? Hi Everyone, I'm relatively knew to the forum but have a question. I recently dropped my back on a particularly nasty muddy lane. Got it up again and only damage was a scrape on the engine bar. However, I have an amber engine warning light on the dash - there doesn't appear anything wrong with back after a good look round and a good ride. Is there a way of cancelling the warning Light? Afternoon All, had my 1090 68 plate for a week, I've swapped the handlebar levers and removed the handguards due to narrow access at home. Used the same levers on previous bikes so I know they are ok. Clutch wasn't disengaging when I was finished, so I removed the master cover and found the fluid was contaminated. Popped the OEM clutch slave and found a fair bit of fluid in the spacer. Oberon slave now ordered, what I wanted to do was replace the piston in the master whilst I've got it...
