I'd been looking at the 85mm for a while. This piece on DPReview helped me pull the trigger:

Located in German-occupied Poland, Auschwitz consisted of three camps including a killing center. The camps were opened over the course of nearly two years, 1940-1942. Auschwitz closed in January 1945 with its liberation by the Soviet army.
More than 1.1 million people died at Auschwitz, including nearly one million Jews. Those Jews who were not sent directly to gas chambers were selected for forced labor.
The Auschwitz complex differed from the other Nazi killing centers because it...

My wife has extreme arthritis making the use of her right index finger to trip the shutter on the A6600 virtually impossible. I purchased this grip for her and it works great!

She is able to use her thumb to shoot video and stills as well as to operate the zoom. This is great for her since her thumb works just fine. I have a 16-50mm Sony kit zoom on he camera. This is not the best glass in the world but...
