I had the valve cover gaskets and timing actuators replaced and still have oil leaking on the exhaust manifold. I added florescent dye and you can see oil on the back of the heads at the bottom. I think from the valve covers, my mechanic thinks it might be excessive crankcase or oil pressure not his installation of the gaskets. Bought a 2002 Deville in limp mode, ABS, brake and traction control lights on, dash displays service steering system. 7 ABS codes C1241, 49, 63, 64, 65, 66, 76 and 1 PCM P1644. Sent the EBCM out for repair drove for 2 miles and everything is exactly the same. So my grandmother told me awhile back that she went to the Caddie dealer to get her suspension looked at, and they quoted her at 2000 per wheel, which sounds like a lot. She doesn't remember exactly what needed to be replaced but I thought I'd ask here what it could be. Hello everyone! I recently bought a used 2015 Escalade and I'm having some trouble with the Active Safety Control Module. It seems to be affecting multiple systems, including adaptive cruise control, Parking Assist, driver assist, lane departure warning, anti-collision system, and a few others. I upgraded my dome lights to LED and I cannot get the rear dome light assemblies back on for the life of me. I can assemble them but can't get them to pop back on the ceiling by the rear doors. I don't want to break anything but can someone tell me how to do this? The puddle light on the back left door doesn't work either so I have a broken wire somewhere too.
