This short episode features two fun segments: in one, Robyn and Kate start a recurring segment called "Love it or Hate it" , where they'll discuss their opinions on two "controversial" foods. For the bulk of the episode, you'll be making bone broth, or stock, with Kate!
To follow along on this episode, you'll need:
- A large pot, or stock pot.
- Aromatics, such as celery, carrots, onions or leeks.
- Your main stock "flavouring"- meat bones, various vegetables or fish.
- Any "extras"- ginger, garlic, fresh herbs such as thyme, rosemary, oregano etc.
