Beef Rendang is absolutely gorgeous, but it's one of our more complicated dishes to make - will you take it on? It's definitely worth it!
Here's what you'll need to make it:
400g diced beef
1 tin coconut milk
2 lemongrass stalks
10 kaffir line leaves
1 cinnamon stick
I tsp sugar
75ml tamarind water
3 tblsp Rendang paste

20 green beans sliced
1 red chili sliced
Handful fresh lemon thyme
4 spring onions chopped

Veggie Cous Cous is a beautiful dish, and fairly simple to make.
Here's what you'll need:
1/2 red onion chopped
1 garlic clove
4 cms ginger chopped
One dozen green beans
1 red chili sliced
1 red pepper chopped
2 tbsp chopped chives
Handful chopped coriander
1 lemon juiced
1 1/2 cups Israeli cous cous

Here's the ingredients for the perfect chicken curry:
Two boneless chicken breasts
Olive oil
1 onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic crushed
2 cm fresh ginger chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 Cinammon stick
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp Garam masala
