Thought I'd share another of Lowfields amusing (to me) match reports.
Over the past few month the damp patches in the top bedroom at Loony Towers have slowly developed into full blown leaks.
While I was all for the 'Jane Eyre' solution to the problem, locking the door and never going up there again, Mrs LLP felt this wasn't the right approach (probably nervous I might do a Mr Rochester and entomb her up there too) and went for the significantly more expensive option of having the roof replaced.
All this meant that by Monday our Sky Dish had been surrounded by scaffolding, which hadn't seeme ..read more

Friday 26th April 8:00pm | Loftus Road
Leeds have the opportunity to put distance between themselves and Ipswich Town, if they can overcome Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road on Friday Evening. With the Tractor Boys not playing til Saturday (at Hull City), the Whites can go four points clear, and put pressure on Kieran McKenna's side, who would have two games in hand. The two sides last met in early October, when Crysencio Summerville's clinical ninth minute strike was all that separated them. The game was marred by the sending off of veteran keeper Asmir Begović for (nearly) clipping Patri ..read more

So we managed to hold out tonight and somehow the fixture fixers give us four days to recover and travel to QPR - marvellous, well my two nil loss prediction worked tonight so I'll stick with it for this one. Hopefully James's ribs mend quickly!

Leeds United will be desperate to rediscover their best when they travel to Middlesbrough on Monday night.
With just three games left this season in the EFL Championship, Leeds United will be keen to rediscover their winning touch when they travel to the Riverside Stadium Middlesbrough on Monday night.
Daniel Farke’s men are currently on a three-game winless streak and have surrendered any advantage they might have had thanks to Ipswich Town and Leicester City’s struggles. The Whites now find themselves in third spot and in real danger of missing out on automatic promotion.

Not really been on here much recently - the negativity is really just a turn off for me following our [And everyone elses drop in form at the sharp end of the season] after what has been the best season for a few years - despite the dodgy start.
Quite ironic really, all this talk of the team being bottlers, not trying, stealing a wage etc etc etc, the useless manager ....
then all the negativity around our chances should we not make the top two and go into the play offs....
Think there's more "Bottlers" on here than out on the pitch lol!! XD ..read more

Not that I think it matters but…
Who would you rather see in the Playoffs?
I think Leicester and Sotown are auto.
I’d rather see West brom and Ipswich.
A moot point when you don’t score but think the baggies push a bit more. Better chance to eke it out first round ..read more
