2006 F250 6.0 CCSB with 2.5" receiver. There's no stickers on my hitch or door so assuming it's factory so 5000lb max tow/500lb max tongue without WDH and 12,500lbs max tow and 1250lbs max tongue with WDH and GVWR of 25,000lbs correct? I thought for sure it wasn't necessary to use a WDH for an 9000lb TT with a shank and ball rated for 15,000lbs, but guess I was wrong. Hope it's ok to post and ask about this btw ..read more

Gents, New to the forum here. Bought my first powerstroke a few weeks ago, its a 13 KR F250. When I purchased the truck it was hit in the rear (tailgate, hitch, and bumper got tore up pretty good). The side curtain airbags went off, and the front two seatbelts are tight and wont move. Yesterday I was taking my truck off the main road to my back gravel drive that is pretty steep. I got my front wheels onto the gravel with my back wheels still on the dry pavement. Put it in 4WD, and when I tried to go up my front wheel just spun in the gravel. As if my rear was not contributing any push off the dry pavement. Is something going on here?
