Hi I've just done a software upgrade for sat nav and radio etc a little way through I get Error code 17 crc error occur dab area. I have tried 5 sim cards all the correct spec done soft reset and hard reset phone kia service department and on line chat and got nowhere. Left the car without charging it after battery ran out to HEV mode, as I'm testing the MPG in only HEV mode.. and went away for 6 days. When back: Car wouldn't even open. Manually opened it up, wouldn't charge from the port... Jumpstarted it, engine kicked in, just for a minute, and shut itself off... I have this issue with my Ceed 2020, where occasionally when I put gear in reverse I get constant beeping, and there is no obstacles behind. And I cannot figure out what is causing the issue.. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes just constant beeping as long as I am in reverse gear. I've tried cleaning sensors, camera, whole car, and nothing seems to help. Can anyone help! I have a Rio 2012 1.25 and my airbag light is staying on, I’ve read faulty seat belts could cause this. I’ve noticed when I start the car the rear middle seat light doesn’t illuminate like the rest on the panel and it doesn’t seem to illuminate when the middle seat belt is plugged in and then unplugged like the others do in the back. My XCeed is reporting that updates are available via the USB method. I’ve dowloaded and transfered them to my 64gb USB stick as described on the Kia website and video links on here. My question is .. How long does the updates take to install to the head unit. My previous car(Ford Kuga, Sync3) to update the satnav could take a minimum of 1hr 30mins - 2hrs, during which the ignition had to be switched on and best done when taking a long journey. Hello everyone, I own a Kia Rio with a G4FA engine matched to a 6 speed manual gear box Long story short, the engine would shutdown when I press the clutch pedal. I replaced the MAP sensor as these faults were active P0107 & P0106 and that only resolved the P0107 fault while the P0106 stayed active but the engine stopped shutting down when I engaged the clutch.
