I'm having an issue with my 2006 Nissan Xterra's airbag system. A couple of months back the airbag light was blinking on my dash, so I took it in to the dealership to have it looked at. After the first $120 diag, all they did was reset the sensor. Then it came on again a week later. After the second time at the dealership they said it MUST be the right seatbelt assembly. Hello, I have been having this intermittent problem where my 2nd Gen Xterra will die right after starting. It generally starts again the next time, but once or twice I had to try a third time. Once running, it runs fine. I had a MAF code, so replaced it and serviced the air filter and cleaned the throttle body. After all that, it did it once again. So I have an 01 with 147K on the odometer, and it will not go above 50mph with a full load of camping gear in the back in the mountains up here in CO. For those not familiar with CO roads, especially the ones in the mountains, on I-70, the roads are hitting elevations above 10,000ft.
