While driving on the motorway to a destination approximately an hour away from my home, I noticed the temperature gauge reaching three-quarters of the way up after about 20 minutes. I have replaced a damaged instrument cluster in my 2014 Orlando. Does anyone have any information on programming a new instrument cluster? I’m assuming it needs to be programmed to my vehicle… 1. The new (second hand) cluster is in kms instead of mi, which I would like to rectify. 2. Long story clutch failed on the car, replaced all back together, starter motor works engages the flywheel car cranks when turning key, but no start all you here is the starter motor spinning and I can see with the help of an assistant the engine turning over. In the process of replacing the clutch I cracked the plastic coolant pipe trying to pry off the bell housing replaced this pipe and anyone who knows these engines will know that trying to get this coolant pipe back on is a nightmare... I initially though it might be normal so I paid no attention to it. Hi all, I have a Chevrolet Captiva 2.0L diesel. Since 2 months now, it starts and after driving few minutes engine goes off. Need to wait about 10 to 15 mn before it can restart. We did diagnosis with Obd2 tool and no faults found. We've changed fuel filter to new one. Same for the fuel pump in the fuel tank and still the same issue. Fuel pressure in fuel rail is about 90000 Ka within 3000 rpm. I've pushed it with a constant 3000 rpm for about 3 minutes and when i decelerate engine goes off...
