I have a 2023 Heartland Northtrail 24BHS. Used 2times 1 summer when we bought and 1 Winter when we moved to TN. Problem A/C won’t come on did a test on the circuit and reading came up OL which means no power running from breaker which is fine and fuse too to unit, so there is a break in the line. Remember only used A/C once! So how does this happen? Tried to trace the line but it runs under the trailer up a wall to the unit. Had a RV tech come out and said also there is a break in the line... Hi all, We recently began full-timing in the ElkRidge in a new RV Park. This area of the park has new power, water and sewer hookups, installed within the last year. We've been here about 2.5 weeks. Yesterday, while I was working on my computer and Tony was just sitting in his chair, we heard what sounded like a rock hitting the glass window, a few times in sucession. We both jumped, and said "what was that!" Then the power went out, and smoke came out of the TV (which was not on at the... Read more ..read more

Ceiling Fan Question
Heartland Owners Forum

Hello all, Sorry if this topic has been beat up but here goes; I have a 2021 BC 3155RLK. As soon as I got home from the dealer on pick up, the ceiling fan, which had been working at the dealer walk through, made a loud noise-like it was under heavy load, visibly sparked and stop working completely. The fan had been left on, and when I plugged in to the 30 amp box at home I believe I fried it, I am working on upgrading to a 50 amp circuit. All other systems were off so it seems there was no... We have a 2021 Landmark Newport. I have tried to pair the Kibnet and couldn’t get it connected to the app. I can see it on my blue tooth. Seems that my Atwood wh-6gea works fine on gas, however not on electric. And to be honest, I not sure that it ever did. I just ASSUMED that it did. It is plugged in. The fuse above the burner appears to not have blown. I even changed the element, just in case. Is there a fuse or circuit breaker that I'm missing here? Thanks in advance ..read more

Hitch Height BH 270

Hey all! Just purchased a 2018 BH270, and need a starting point for the hitch height. What would be really nice was if there was a common place to document this variable, as we're on our 3rd TT and it's a deep dive every time trying to find the spec.! Pretty basic information one would think? Anyway, I live in a hilly place, and Ill have to cut the receiver L-pin off (likely) once it's set correctly I see some other models are being quoted at 19" for a starting point, but I'll have to...
