Hi all. I recently had the interior lever which actuates the parking brake break off somehow. I’m not sure exactly how it happened, but nonetheless I find myself without a parking brake. I have ordered and received the replacement but have had trouble finding any guides, video or text, on how to disassemble the center console in order to install the part. I am currently diagnosing it, but from what I have gathered so far is I'm losing my passenger side transaxle. I noticed a rhythmic pinging sound when taking sharp right turns, and I have grease streaks down the right side of my car. Those with the shark racing side skirts, have you had issues with the adhesive peeling off from the body of the car or the side skirts themselves? I feel like it will only get worse because moisture and water can now get trapped underneath the areas where the adhesive is lifting off.
