I'm making this thread for privacy minded folks to have a central location to discuss disabling the Santa Cruz from sending any possible telemetrics via its USIM/IMEI modem, either permanently, or at their personal discretion.
My reasoning for disabling any possible telemetry is: My information is private. If a company wants to retrieve my driving habits over the air, I am selling that data for $1,000,000.00/mo, due at the start of the month (PM to set it up!). Additionally, I have no...

I bought this in December 2023. I hadn't test drove but just loved it. I knew it was a 4 cylinder and thought over the years they have made 4 cylinder pretty powerful and not like a gum band. This seems to have little power up hill and feels like you have to really give it the gas to get it up. Is there anything to improve this lack of power on uphills ..read more

Well like a dummy I forgot to get pictures of me using my Santa Cruz to change a Water heater..
Backed it up to the Box/Stand the WH was sitting on, the tail gate was about 4-5 inches higher
Unhooked everything as it was draining..Once finished I tilted it into the bed.....drove 4 or 5 feet unloaded it
Loaded the new WH in the bed, backed back up tilted it back into place...hooked everything up and done...
Santa Cruz has many uses I couldn't of done it myself if it wasn't for the Santa...

If you're answering and thinking something is so obvious, it doesn't need to be said, please say it!" I see references to 4 pin and 7 pin and beyond figuring out it's to do with the electrics for the trailer, I'm lost.
I'm about to buy 1 jet ski and trailer. I'm trying to understand what I need to get to have the SC tow the jetski. I will only ever be towing a...

After having Hyundai service department install my new Roll-up Cover for my 2022 Santa Cruz, I noticed the top starting bubbling up as I drove off the lot.
I'm wondering if this is normal. Seems that there might be a stress issue on the cover after a while. Anyone else have a similar issue ..read more
