I changed the battery and as usual it would not idle right away. I have changed out the battery 4 times in the last 12 years. It usually relearns to idle after a 15-20 minute drive, but not this time. I drove it for about 45 minutes. I checked for codes and it passed. Sup Guys, This morning I was driving to work with the sunroof open (windows closed) when I heard a motor/actuator noise going off for about a second around the front passenger side as the truck was slowing down getting off the expressway. When I got on a main road I heard the noise when it hit 50MPH and again when it would slow down. I never heard this noise before and I almost never drove with the Sunroof open and windows closed. I've been diagnosing a P1443 check engine light and according to the Service Manual, the flow chart says replace ECU. After I replaced the ECU with the same part number from same year Sequoia, I performed the 30 minute initialization process. The engine would start and run for one second before cutting out and die. Same thing would happen trying to start the truck multiple times.
