Hi everyone, Im reviewing an 03 Rav4 with the 2.0L.....what should the cylinder pressures be? as per the factory. I tend to measure with the gauge on one cylinder and all the other spark plugs still in place, while i hold the pedal open at WOT and then crank the engine, and write down what the gauge shows. I usually disconnect the injectors to avoid flooding before the entire procedure. You can sometimes get more psi with a drop or two of oil before cranking. Wife (a senior) is the original owner of a 2008 Rav4 V6 Limited. I recently discovered significant rust perforation under driver side quarter panel by the front jacking point. Also just learned where those two rubber plugs belong that have been in the glove box since day one….the dealer did not install them!! The metal appears fairly thin in this area but regardless, does rust in this area affect the car’s frame integrity? Can it be repaired? Does she have any recourse with Toyota from this...
