Hey guys - about 3,000 miles in I mounted E load falkens onto my Trailhunter. Shortly after I noticed it was riding hard on bad roads / off-road on dry gravel trails (fine on mud, grass, sand). I’ve since swapped to SL tires but it’s nothing close to what it was when I first got it. I am unable to drive more than about 15 mph on the most basic of dirt roads or the entire cabin shakes so bad that it feels like the truck is going to fall apart. I’m at 8,700 miles now. Hello All, Looking for some help. I hear a “clunk” noise in the rear, sounds like it’s from left to right. Happens when I make left or right turns. I’ve emptied all storage to eliminate cargo swaying, I’ve torqued the U-Bolts for the leaf springs and rear shocks. I’ve torqued the bed bolts. 99 ext cab has the key operated airbag switch, as I believe all extended and regular cab 1st gens do. Double cab does not have the switch, instead has the blank 55524-04010 Searched a bunch on how to negate the switch, there’s been some random threads dating back several years, nothing really answers the question. Rust on the inside of the driver door underneath the door seal on a 2017. I battled with rust on my first gen the entire time I owned it I don’t know if I can do it again.
