Okay so I took my 280zx Turbo to a mechanic to get stuffed worked on. They managed to help a ton. They've fixed a bunch of the wiring (such as the CHTS wire since it wasn’t reading anything). They found that I needed a new FPR and that helped even more. The latest thing they found was an intake leak and have fixed that since with a gasket replacement and it has helped as well.
