ERIE COUNTY, NY – The Erie County Department of Health (ECDOH) and the Erie County Opiate Epidemic Task Force are announcing the schedule for free Narcan trainings for the remainder of 2023. Participants learn to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and use Narcan (naloxone) to reverse an opioid overdose.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (May 3, 2023) — Today, Eli Lilly announced positive topline results from their Phase 3 TRAILBLAZER-ALZ2 clinical trial of donanemab, an anti-amyloid monoclonal antibody for the treatment of early symptomatic Alzheimer’s disease.
The TRAILBLAZER-ALZ2 trial met all of its primary and secondary endpoints.
