Hello Question? As a person who enjoys dressing up for dinner along with my travel companions ( men suits, ladies cocktail dresses, high heels , evening bags etc.,)glitter.( escape from everyday life) We dress to make the dinner a “ occasion”, and remember the events by our clothing years later. ( over 75 cruise). It also shows respect to the ship and staff, to let them know we “ appreciate the work they do”. I wanted to stop in and say HELLO to you members that might remember me. YEARS ago I was a very active member by the name Nessie. I remember Red Stripe and Einstein, Kitten, Niecez, Bob, Donna-dsw, Maw and a good many others! I stopped cruising for several reasons as life went a bit haywire for me. Just heard that the Celebrity Summit yesterday lost power. We were just on the Summit last week so we just missed this disaster. People were posting there was no water, flooded hallways, everything shut down. Saw one post where a lady attempted to take a shower after the power was restored and when she turned on the water she was covered in some type of brown water ( I can only imagine what that was) Some reported the whole ship smelled like a cesspool.
