An arrest has been made in the brutal beating of celebrity hairdresser Albert Vasquez, reports WEHO TIMES. According to a statement by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, a security guard at Heart WeHo was identified, arrested, and charged with battery causing great bodily harm.
