Hello Sir / Madam, An applicant has preferred an appeal before the First Appellate Authority, as the information sought by him under RTI Act, 2005 was not provided by the Public Information Officer.  The appeal has been admitted by the First Appellate Authority and posted the hearing date. I have thrown out of my matrimony house within 1 month of marriage by husband and in laws for dowry... My company refused to pay my salary and accept my leave requests when I had to get surgery and put me on a forced sabbatical. I decided to quit without serving notice and company wants me to pay 1 month salary as per appointment letter. What do I do?
