Hello Sir / Madam, An applicant has preferred an appeal before the First Appellate Authority, as the information sought by him under RTI Act, 2005 was not provided by the Public Information Officer.  The appeal has been admitted by the First Appellate Authority and posted the hearing date. I have thrown out of my matrimony house within 1 month of marriage by husband and in laws for dowry... I went to police and submitted written complaint but she didn't file FIR and instead harrased me because of husbands influence.. I stopped going to police station and asked to close the complaint upon asked by lady officer. Due to anger I sent offensive messages to husband and in laws.Now  after 5 years of seperation I am planning to file complaint in court for section 156(3) in court. My company refused to pay my salary and accept my leave requests when I had to get surgery and put me on a forced sabbatical. I decided to quit without serving notice and company wants me to pay 1 month salary as per appointment letter. What do I do? I do not want to serve the notice period due to mental stress and toxic work culture in that place.  When I was in dire financial needs for my surgery, they put my salary on hold stating that I am giving excuses. Tenant of my property issued me a cheque for outstanding rent with a calculation sheet signed by him (not submitted in court)but he put wrong sign on cheque & asked me not to deposit it as currently he is not having funds, he also didn't write the date on the cheque. & 5 months later still no communication was received by me on previous cheque & 5 months rent was again due, so i went to discuss the same.
