I had some Monoprice MP80 headphones that I really like. Good fit, good isolation, a sound profile I liked and nice carrying case.

Unfortunately they were damaged while traveling today.
I got them at the bargain price of $20 on sale.
I am a bit heartbroken, I was really pleased with...

I would like to buy a pair of good noise isolating, bluetooth headphones, closed back for outdoor work (operating tractors and mowers). Having active noise cancelling is fine, but I need the "heavy lifting" to be done by the closed back and ear pads. They also will be exposed to the elements, dirt, sweat, and sunscreen. I've seen and listened to the 3M Worktunes, which are fine, but they don't sound the best. I'm willing to spend up to $500 for the right cans, but given what I'm doing...

This is just a thought experiment at this point, but I am thinking it could be pretty awesome to add some Crowson Actuators under a listening chair with headphones. I suspect (but don’t know) timing would not be an issue. If it were, what would be the process to phase align the headphones to the actuators (as they send signal to ass through chair structure)?
Anybody tried this? Any thoughts ..read more

The conclusion remains consistent with the reviewer's previous mini-review a few months ago: these speakers offer the best sound staging and imaging he has ever encountered.
For those who are unfamiliar with this product, the Polk SDA L800 speakers incorporate crosstalk cancellation technology, which effectively reveals numerous binaural cues within stereo recordings that traditional speakers are unable to reproduce. The outcome is more precise imaging and an expanded soundstage ..read more

I don't plan to be jogging. Fast walking to get in some aerobics. A couple years ago I got a Sennheiser HD 599 largely because the reviews said that they are really comfortable. They are not. Or at least not comfortable to me. Maybe I need to wear them more, like for hours of headaches, to "personalize" the foam around the ears. But right now I get a headache wearing them for maybe 30 minutes.
The other reason that I got the Sennheisers is that they are open back so that I can hear what's...

Hi Gents,
I'm Fxcking Mad at Sony.
A while ago I bought these WF-1000XM4 Wireless Noise Canceling Stereo Headset (Earbuds) and have been perfectly fine with them. I know I paid a premium for them as there are many competitors for this kind of headphones, but I wanted the best and was willing to buck up for them.
Like most folks, I just pop them in my ears and let them sync to my iPhone so I can listen...
