Given it a go and it’s not as easy as it sounds but I think if I can peal what I can - I sort of scraped/pealed using a teaspoon - and then use something to go over the area and deal with the rest, I might be able to sort it by combining the two methods ..read more

I'd remove the filter sock for now personally, it'll just keep clogging. Tanks can run perfectly fine without mechanical filtration anyway. I'd just do my best to increase aeration and flow until it passes ..read more

Morning mate,
Personally if your seeing stuff form in filter sock I’d rinse it out, others may disagree.
Hopefully someone else can chip in with stronger knowledge on the treatment.. I’ve never had tank go cloudy from using it.
