Adam Golway first appeared on the Forum in episode 165 in 2022. At that time we talked about his amazing weight loss transformation, struggles with addiction and more. He reached out to return to the show because his own personal work on what drove his experiences with drugs and food have uncovered trauma that he feels it is important to talk about so others know they are not alone. It is a real and raw discussion that at times is difficult and challenging, with purpose. I appreciate Adam's openness and candor when it comes to the events of his life.
