Did we ever figure out what is QA03768 P25 Common Air Interface ? Why a radio would have that option in the flash? The Motorola site flashcode portal states "Allows the radio to perform data over the common air interface". It is not a feature option in the catalog. It must be something else. We determined it does not allow Type 2 on radios with this flashcode option but that doesn't stop depot checkbox slammers from including it. The comm support site encoder states its incompatible... I apologize if this is not in the right forums area. I own a Motorola XTS 3000 and would like to legally own the CPS for it from Motorola, the only problem is, I can't find it anywhere. I don't want to get into hot water with Motorola, non the less for software for a radio that's ten plus years old. I don't know if this might be a dumb question. I'm new to the XTS platform and don't fully understand the Trunking systems, but is it possible to have a XTS 3000 set up for trunking without a repeater or control point on analog? I would like to communicate with some Baofeng type radios and another XTS on GMRS with still having the TPT and sending MDC 1200 at the end of transmissions. Hello everyone. I was curious to see if the Motorola Quantar has a built in autopatch function. I can see in the software there is an option to enable or disable the phone patch function. I know Auto patch is very old but I wanted to give it a try just for a learning opportunity. I do not see anywhere to configure DTMF tones to activate the phone patch across the repeater on analog.
